White Bean Roasted Garlic Dip
A delicious alternative to hummus, this quick and easy White Bean Roasted Garlic Dip is healthy & so flavorful. We roasted garlic to mellow out its sharpness, used buttery cannellini beans, fresh herbs, added fresh lemon juice and zest to brighten up the flavor, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to give it a little kick. Served with homemade crostini, our white bean dip can be made ahead of time and makes the perfect appetizer for any gathering.

Our Sautéed Kale is quick, healthy, and delicious! This kale side dish pairs so well with everything from grilled or roasted chicken, fish, shellfish, or tofu. Roasted Salmon with Garlic & Herb Sauce
Our Roasted Salmon with Garlic & Herbs is the perfect recipe to make when you need a quick dinner for the family, and is impressive enough to serve when you are entertaining. Even though this recipe is easy to put together, the flavors are rich and sophisticated. Salmon filets are lightly seasoned and roasted to perfection with fresh lemon, then topped with a beautiful butter and garlic sauce that is finished with roasted lemon and fresh herbs. Served with our Sautéed Kale, this makes a beautiful and healthy dish that you can be proud to serve your family or your guests.
Citrus Vinaigrette
Our Citrus Vinaigrette has a beautifully bright flavor that will perk up any salad. What gives this salad dressing its uniqueness? We used fresh ingredients, as well as sweet and savory elements, to create this lovely vinaigrette. For a twist on the typical citrus salad dressing recipes, we used the juice and zest of clementines, lemon, fresh rosemary, coarse Dijon mustard, and a beautiful extra virgin olive oil. Simple ingredients, but when combined, they make the perfect vinaigrette to dress our Fresh Citrus Salad. This recipe is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, healthy, and super delicious!
Fresh Citrus Salad
Two types of greens, a few sweet and salty ingredients, and a beautiful citrus dressing, make this Fresh Citrus Salad a delight to serve and enjoy! This salad has a lovely balance of crunchy texture and sweet and salty flavor, with ingredients like peppery arugula, crisp spinach, caramelized shallots, honey roasted almonds, and our beautiful clementine based Citrus Vinaigrette (recipe coming soon). Crumbled feta cheese gives it a deliciously salty and creamy finish. It’s a great salad to make when you are entertaining!
Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho
Smooth and silky on the tongue, this delightful Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho has layers of complex flavor in each spoonful that will leave you wanting more. Gazpacho makes a fun hors d’oeuvre when served in a small glass, or a great first course, and it is a lovely light lunch when paired with a crisp salad. Just 5 ingredients in this flavorful recipe for Spicy Roasted Broccoli. Inspired by the a spicy seasoning that is used to make Pici all’Aglione (Tuscan Pasta), this broccoli is roasted to perfection with olive oil, Italian Seasoning Aglione, and lemon. Right out of the oven, this dish is finished with lemon juice, and a light sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. This quick & easy side dish is deliciously healthy, keto, gluten-free, and vegetarian, and can easily be made vegan & dairy-free! Grilled Chilean Sea Bass
Our Grilled Chilean Sea Bass is marinated in garlic, fresh thyme, and olive oil, then grilled to perfection! This clean eating recipe is so simple, yet adds a wonderful flavor without overpowering the beautiful, silky texture and delicate taste of this fish. The result is tender and moist fish that can be served on its own, or with your favorite sauce. The rich and tangy flavor of our Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce complements this fish perfectly!
Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
This easy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta dish combines our Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce with whole grain penne, toasted pine nuts, and some fresh basil. As the finishing touch, drizzle on some extra virgin olive oil, and top with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. This pasta dish is amazing with our fresh sauce, or our Easy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, but you can always use your favorite jarred red pepper sauce for a super quick and tasty meal. This pasta is simply delicious!
Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
This Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Sauce is the perfect complement to fish, chicken, gnocchi, and pasta. Fresh red peppers are roasted (or grilled), then simmered with garlic, fresh herbs, wine, and a few other ingredients to bring out the amazing flavor in this sauce. It’s a great make ahead recipe, and gets better over time. Easy, delicious, and versatile, this recipe is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free! We also offer a few variations of this recipe to make it richer, or more refined.
Triple Berry Crisp

This Almond Milk is so thick and creamy, and is ridiculously easy to make. Homemade almond milk has a decadent mouthfeel, but it is healthy, full of nutrients, and free of additives and stabilizers. It can be made unsweetened or sweetened with no refined sugar. It is quite delicious and the best part is it makes amazing lattes! This homemade almond milk actually froths like cream! And, there are so many recipes you can make with almond pulp, which is a byproduct of this recipe.
Ginger Simple Syrup
Our Ginger Simple Syrup has the perfect depth of ginger flavor, without being overly pungent. It’s delicious in hot tea, a wonderful sweetener for cocktails, and a refreshing change when drizzled on pancakes. Whether you like a light touch, or a major punch of ginger, this recipe is easily customizable. The bonus is you end up with candied or crystallized ginger for snacking!
Kumquat Marmalade
This Kumquat Marmalade is bright in both color and flavor! It’s tart and sweet, and can be used in a variety of ways. Our small batch freezer jam recipe requires no canning, and uses no pectin or refined sugar! For a treat, try topping some vanilla bean ice cream with slightly warmed kumquat marmalade. If you have never made jam, this is a great place to start!
Healthy Cashews
Our Healthy Cashews are a full-fledged superfood snack, really yummy, and very addicting! This quick and easy, healthy snack is lightly coated with natural honey and sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt. These nuts have a nice balance of sweet and salty flavor, and the crunchy chia seeds add a lovely mild, nutty texture to this healthy snack or appetizer.

Chicken Tikka Masala
Our restaurant-style Chicken Tikka Masala is wonderfully rich, spicy, and simply divine! This thick tomato-based cream sauce is made with a beautiful blend of exotic spices, garlic, onions, and finished with cream. An aromatic and luscious sauce envelops each piece of lean marinated and roasted chicken breast, to make each bite absolutely decadent. Although our recipe is a slightly healthier version of the traditional chicken tikka masala, it does not compromise the flavor, texture, or richness of this dish. We challenge you to tell the difference!
Epic Chicken Nachos
Prepare your palate for the ultimate nachos! This Epic Chicken Nachos recipe is loaded with fresh ingredients, each of which have lots of flavor, and are actually good for you. Instead of standard chips, we used black bean flaxseed tortilla chips to boost the protein, fiber, and flavor of this dish. The result is a sheet pan full of deliciously loaded nachos that can generously serve 4 for a main dish, or 8 appetizer portions. This gluten-free recipe can also be converted to vegetarian!
