Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon
Our Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon is a very quick and tasty, savory breakfast. Accompanied with a side salad, it also makes a wonderful and healthy light lunch. Creamy avocado slices are combined with thick sliced smoked salmon and briny capers, which are layered on toasted European-style whole grain bread. We finished it with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice and our homemade Quick Pickled Onions for a European style tartine (open faced sandwich).
Salmon Piccata
Our Salmon Piccata is absolutely mouthwatering! Pan seared salmon is perfectly cooked, then bathed in a wine, butter & garlic sauce to create a melt-in-your-mouth worthy one pan main dish. Made right in the same pan as the salmon, the piccata sauce is filled with yummy ingredients like white wine, lemon, garlic, and capers. The salmon is then bathed in the buttery sauce to make it deliciously moist, and will leave you wanting more! This recipe is also keto friendly.

We used fresh ingredients, as well as sweet and savory elements, to create this lovely vinaigrette. For a twist on the typical citrus salad dressing recipes, we used the juice and zest of clementines, lemon, fresh rosemary, coarse Dijon mustard, and a beautiful extra virgin olive oil. Simple ingredients, but when combined, they make the perfect vinaigrette to dress our Fresh Citrus Salad. This recipe is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, healthy, and super delicious!
