This pasta dish is amazing with our fresh sauce, or our Easy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, but you can always use your favorite jarred red pepper sauce for a super quick and tasty meal. Our restaurant-style Chicken Tikka Masala is wonderfully rich, spicy, and simply divine! This thick tomato-based cream sauce is made with a beautiful blend of exotic spices, garlic, onions, and finished with cream. An aromatic and luscious sauce envelops each piece of lean marinated and roasted chicken breast, to make each bite absolutely decadent. Although our recipe is a slightly healthier version of the traditional chicken tikka masala, it does not compromise the flavor, texture, or richness of this dish. Instead of standard chips, we used black bean flaxseed tortilla chips to boost the protein, fiber, and flavor of this dish. We reduced the amount of oil to make this a little healthier than the traditional deep fried tacos de papa, and increased the flavor in the filling to make them absolutely delicious!

Our recipe uses whole grain penne pasta, fresh broccoli, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, fresh herbs, and more, to make this main dish extra tasty. This healthy and yummy pasta is vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free, and can easily be converted to gluten-free.
