Homemade Nutella
My Homemade Nutella is rich and chocolaty, and quite addicting! Dry roasted hazelnuts are blended with semi-sweet chocolate, Dutch processed cocoa, and a few other ingredients to produce a silky smooth spread that is delicious on toast, Graham crackers, fresh strawberries, ice cream, or even by the spoonful! It’s also amazing on my Nutty Indoor S’mores. This dark chocolate hazelnut spread is incredibly yummy and much healthier than the original store bought version.

Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon
Our Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon is a very quick and tasty, savory breakfast. Accompanied with a side salad, it also makes a wonderful and healthy light lunch. Creamy avocado slices are combined with thick sliced smoked salmon and briny capers, which are layered on toasted European-style whole grain bread. We finished it with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice and our homemade Quick Pickled Onions for a European style tartine (open faced sandwich).
Cinnamon Swirl Baked Oatmeal
Our Cinnamon Swirl Baked Oatmeal is a deliciously healthy breakfast recipe that tastes like dessert! Our recipe has less refined sugar, more fiber, and is more flavorful than many baked oats recipes! To make it extra special, we added a brown sugar cinnamon roll swirl, and used a few secret ingredients to make it even healthier. It’s a great recipe for breakfast or brunch, and can also be made ahead!

Our Hearty Vegetarian Chili is so rich and flavorful that it’s hard to believe it is vegetarian! Packed with green lentils, 3 types of beans, vegetables, and lots of flavorful spices, this vegetarian chili will leave you completely satisfied for hours. We used a few secret ingredients to make our chili taste extra special. Our easy to make Hearty Vegetarian Chili can be made ahead and easily feed a crowd, making it great for casual get togethers or game day. Put together a variety of garnishes and let your guests customize their own chili. Don’t be surprised if this is the best vegetarian chili you have ever made!
